Amber Barnes brings over a decade of experience developing leaders. She supports leaders in building competence and commitment in the areas of managing performance and building relationships. Amber has worked with leaders in Fortune 50 organizations, non-profits, startups, high growth businesses and mature organizations. She's also worked across industry, including (but not limited to) government, higher education, manufacturing, technology, food and beverage, hospitality and professional services.

She's a certified coach and is trained in methodologies from the Ken Blanchard Companies, Brené Brown and the Conscious Leadership Group.
