Meet the Facilitator

Danielle Rees brings over two decades of experience in group facilitation and training with an underlying passion for developing leaders and helping them create workplaces that are good for humans. In addition to co-founding a ski and snowboard company, Danielle has served in a variety of leadership roles including Executive Director of Girls of the Run-Sierras, COO for Coalition Snow and Board Chair for a handful of non profits.

She earned her bachelors degree in human biology and psychology and a masters in public health. She's certified to deliver a variety of leadership programs and is working on her coaching certification.

As a leadership facilitator and trainer, Danielle has worked with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds and across industries.
